Khushal Shanghvi

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the design industry, Jigar combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise. A master multitasker, Jigar manages multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining a personal, service-driven approach. Chief Operating Officer
Eva joined Yeshasia in 2010 and has since become a cornerstone of the company’s operational success. With a strong background in management, she oversees strategic planning and financial performance across all Yeshasia brands. Eva is deeply committed to upholding the company’s values and nurturing team development—championing ethical growth and cultivating a culture that empowers every employee.
Lucia Lu
Vice President / General Manager
Lucia has been instrumental in shaping Yeshasia’s operational excellence since 2012. As General Manager, she oversees day-to-day business operations and ensures the systems, reporting, and teams are aligned to meet both strategic and financial goals. Her leadership has been key across several landmark hospitality and healthcare projects, reflecting her capability and depth of experience.
Zhong Jie
Chief Financial Officer
Zhong brought over two decades of diverse financial expertise to Yeshasia when she joined in 2016. As CFO, she leads the financial strategy that supports the company’s growth trajectory. Her proficiency in global finance, corporate accounting, and disciplined forecasting has reinforced Yeshasia’s financial foundation and ensured robust project-level accountability and performance.
